Hi,
O2 mistakenly cut off my number during a system update.
I have been through the Ombudsman process but O2 would not agree to the Ombudsman resolution.
I have since been through the Resolutions complaints procedure as also agreed with the Ombudsman and have a case number.
O2 then agreed in June 2025 to pay compensation.
I am still awaiting this compensation and have various emails going back and forth between myself and Resolutions resulting in the last email stating O2 will only credit my compensation to an O2 account.
I do not have an O2 account any longer and O2 are not replying to any of the emails I have sent since this last one.
How do I get my promised compensation?
