Cancel Insurance

Good afternoon,

I have been paying my mobile insurance God know for how long, now I want to cancel it and no one is replying to my phone calls or emails. Please help me if you know any email address to give o2 a notice that would be appriciated.

Hi @Akphone,

I'm sorry to hear that you've been trying to call us and haven't had any luck. 

There isn't any way to cancel insurance via email or store visit, so you'll need to call us on 202 direct from your mobile phone. 8am is always the best time to get through to us.
