Customer services are not responing
I do have a spare SIM which has never been used can I contact my O2 account to get my number put on an unused SIM ?
O2 ahve swapped my wife's number with mine after making her SIM card unsuable

When you say they have cut you off, is this for a late payment?
If so, transferring the number to another sim won't help you because it's the number that has been restricted not your sim.
