Why has o2 billed me twice this month??

of course o2 chat is down right now and phones is only for upgrades and leaving o2.
Is there an email address we can contact?
O2 has (this month) taken 2 direct debits from me.
About 6 weeks ago, I paid off my device plan and took out a new SIM only contract with o2. I used to be on o2 refresh. I have transfered my old number to my new SIM only contract.
I think the second charge is my old airtime direct debit, for when I was on o2 refresh, but as I don't have this anymore I don't know why they have done this!?
With no apparent way to contact the team im hoping that someone on here might know an email address or maybe someone from o2 may see this and be able to respond!

@Mazza6059 It may just be your final bill for your contract that has finished. You can see what the charges are on your My O2 page. There is no email address. No one here has access to anyone's account. Only methods of contact are contained in the link below. Getting through is extremely difficult.
