O2 have shut me off. can I use and unused sim change my number on line ?

Customer services are not responing

I do have a spare SIM which has never been used can I contact my O2 account to get my number put on an unused SIM ?

O2 ahve swapped my wife's number with mine after making her SIM card unsuable

@Punch From other posts I've seen on here, the sim swap function on the O2 site is down. Only way to get through to customer service is via the information in the link below:

When you say they have cut you off, is this for a late payment?

If so, transferring the number to another sim won't help you because it's the number that has been restricted not your sim.
