O2 error on bill

Has anyone else had a bill error this month. I've been charged £108 for all my calls and I've not even used anywhere near my free 500 mins

There may be a problem within O2's system. Call Customer Service in the morning and they will hopefully be able to sort this out and credit your account.

If I have 500 mins free a month and have done for the last 6 years, why all of a sudden now are they charging me 33p per call to my hubby mobile ? And my home landline being charged?

I appreciate what your saying but only O2 Customer Services can clarify what has occurred.

Don't use Online Live Chat for account enquiries.

Uk Customer Services opening times are ->

Monday - Friday 08:00 - 21:00
Saturday 08:00 - 20:00
Sunday 08:00 - 18:00
