Ok so apparently my account is in arrangement according to my credit report (just filled for a short term business loan) it appears to have hit my score rather badly on an otherwise clean history:(

Now as far as I know I've never set up an arrangement with O2 I have been late to pay by a day or two twice.

Would CS be able to solve this for me?:/ even my online bills show me paying the full amount for the supposed time period.

Help:) or ill start calling you liars:P
Nothing sucks more than that moment during an argument when you realize you’re wrong. So Ive been told wink
