I'm pretty sure that every late payment generates one, but it shouldn't have a serious effect unless you have loads.
Before I went to DD I was always getting them for gas and electric bills, but as I don't need credit they didn't bother me too much.

I thought it did as well but they're not showing up on my report. However I think I'd happily take two missed payments over a couple of months of unpaid arrangements:(
The missed payments were last year. This "arrangement" was a few months ago:(
because of my age and almost spotless record this has dropped me considerably 😞

On one of my o2 accounts which my ex girlfriend uses is in my name and has been paid sometimes upto a week late a few times my credit report has not been affected in any way and all payments show up to date with no defaults so they dont add them every time for just a day or so late they have to contact you first and ask you to pay before they can lodge any kind of default against you
