I asked o2 to block my pay and go iphone as it is stolen and they have blocked my contact by mistake

I meen my contract phone they blocked i gave them my imei for my phone that is stolen but aome how my contract phone got blocked instead

There's a chance that they blocked the right phone and it's a simple case of removing the bar on the account. If they blocked the wrong phone O2 take a long time to rectify things If it isn't sorted by Monday please come back and perhaps @EmilieT can help further.

I was in live chat with o2 i gave them the imei number of my phone that was stolen i was used my contract number in b4 chat started as u need to put a number in I definitely didnt give them my contract phones imei number
