What sim only monthly contracts qualify for O2 Travel Inclusive Zone Bolt On?

So these are the countries out of the EU but in O2's inclusive zone. This is very unclear on your site and when trying to but a new contract.

Within the Bolt-Ons the following have:

30GB Plus	125GB	40GB

Not sure if there is actually a difference between the 30GB Plus and the 40GB.

Like I said, only plus plans have travel inclusive included.
