Hi,

I've just seen this message on my account saying 'Good news – you can upgrade today Upgrade to O2 Refresh today for £297.00' and I'm just wondering how I actually upgrade. I'm very confused.

Thanks,

Jamie

Scroll down to the bottom of your MyO2 homepage and you'll see yje upgrade options.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
