i am having the same problem got card a today and cant activate it put all details in but just keeps reading
" Invalid activation details " has any1 managed to activate theirs???

I have emailed them and had no response to that yet.
I have also been calling all morning and they simply do not answer the phone, it just rings and rings and then cuts off.
Doesn't look too hopeful does it?

I would just hang in there you do have 30 days from reciept of the card to register the card I am sure it will be sorted soon.

@Anonymous have you contacted tham as per the other thread linked above? it is administered by a 3rd party not o2 or htc

Got mine on monday (19th) activated the cards late on. It said it would be topped up within 7 days. I've been trying to check the balance on HOF site and keeps coming up with errors. Anyone tried to use theirs? I don't want to got all the way to the nearest one to get to the check out and it not work.

After waiting nearly two months to receive mine one of which I had to complain before it eventually turned up, and feeling quite annoyed it was going to take up to 7 days to activate, its the 7th day today and why am I not to confident that its going to be activated today.... Leaving me to do yet more chasing around.
