Please could somebody help me with this mystery which is costing me a fortune.... Every time I top up my PAYG phone, the phone uses up all of the credit within hours or a day.
o2 customer service can only tell me that it is vast amounts of data but no more info than that. I keep my phone in the house and on wifi to use it.
I have absolutely every setting on my phone turned off that I can think of (Mobile Data off, roaming off, Background App refresh off, every notificiation off....) and still I cannot get to the bottom of what is happening?
Have you also checked that the wifi assist setting is turned off?
