Ok, So I've been a loyal o2 customer for nearly 10 years now, and several of those have been on cotract with them.
I was just wondering as I am nearing the end of my contract period, that if I found a cheaper deal (for a phone on their network) would they match the price?
Surely they would want to as it would keep the competition from getting any commission on the deal.
Any thoughts are welcome.

I am not sure what has happened here @madasaf1sh, but we seem to have your reply to a non-existent or missing post :-

Well, I am clearly not one of those 24 millions customers. On the other hand, not all 24 million people can have the same opinion, its not practically possible mate! So please talk sense and use legitimate numbers rather than defending your business.
Reason for replying to an 8-year old post? - Because even after 8 years I feel same like how many of your customers did 8 years ago.

@saif-shaikh Get it right We are all customers here and many of us are O2's biggest critics so no one is defending them
If you are not happy with what is on offer then leave. As far as I'm aware it is a free market and there is a good choice out their to suit all needs.
Take responsibility for what happens at renewal time and don't expect a company to give you a special deal just because you stuck with them.
First rule, look round at what is available at renewal time. I've always done that and I'm paying less now for more than I was 10 years ago
