O2 Open - work email

Hi - does anyone know if there's a way to resolve O2 open not accepting my work email?

I'm trying to sign up but it keeps telling me that I need to enter my work email, which I'm doing. I'm not sure why it's doing this but it may be that my work email is firstname.lastname@organisationname.uk

I'd rather not provide my payslips if possible, but if that's my only option I will have to take it.

Information is here and we've had a few whereby the work email has not been accepted in that format.

I think a wage slip is your only option
