O2 Open Issues

Hi,
I’ve been trying to upload my payslip for the NHS Discount on O2 Open, but I’ve been having difficulty with the website where it refused my NHS email as a personal one and it refused my National Insurance number as invalid when I attempt to upload my payslip.

Any ideas on how to resolve this?

That shouldn't be happening at all.

I do know the code for the NHS is NHS01

You need to contact O2.

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
