O2 Device Payment on Invoice

I want to understand what the layout of a pay-monthly invoice looks like. Specifically, I need to understand how the monthly device payment is referred to on the bill vs. the line rental other plan costs.

 

I need this to check with my employer whether they cover this cost. O2 Twitter support couldn't help and there is no example invoice available. Can someone help? Maybe a (redacted) screenshot?

You only get a visualisation of your airtime bill. 
Device plan statements are only sent yearly.

Thanks. I don't currently have a contract with O2 so that wouldn't be of much help.
