Hello,
I joined O2 two months ago and chose to port my number from Virgin. I used the PAC code given. When serviced resumed the next day I was unable to receive phone calls, saying that my number is not in service. I tried the SIM card on 3 different devices, did a network/factory reset with no success. Any ideas how I might be able to solve this? Thanks

Borrow a phone to call O2 on 0344 809 0202.

Hi, I do understand that and I have endlessly tried to get the issue sorted through O2 support with no success. This post is aimed at O2 staff members as I have seen previous questions being answered.
