Hi,
My number porting process across to o2 was supposed to have been completed yesterday by 6pm yesterday which didn't happen. I called customer services and was told that they could not confirm why it had not happened. This morning the number to be ported is out of service but has not ported across to my o2 sim more than 6 hours later?
Please help, as nobody can contact me currently!
