For the past 6 months I’ve been trying to delete my o2 acc & number as I don’t use anymore. I’ve called so many times and o2 customer service has said they’ll cancel and delete my number 14 days after each call and when my last bill is finalised and paid. These outstanding balances I’ve paid for and has total up almost £300 and 6 months down the line o2 still hasn’t cancelled my number and deleted my account. Now they want me to pay £78 as it’s my outstanding balance. I’m trying my best to keep on top of my utility, rent and day by day leaving crisis. Please, for the last time, can you delete my number and acc. I cannot afford wasting money on something I haven’t used for the past year and certainly not during this living crisis
