"important news about your device tariff" when you mean "Airtime plan"

Just had my email come through.
Either because I took the contract out with a 3rd party or they listened to the above, but mine says important information about my mobile tariff in the subject and the header in blue tells me the price of my tariff is changing.
Whichever is true at least it is a little less confusing...

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

Oh well no getting away from it. 23p increase till June...then it goes up to a 'massive' increase of 46p wink
