Note 10 plus 5g pre-ordered delivery.

Hello, I'm new to this community I would to say that I pre-ordered the note 10 plus 5g in Aura glow on the 10th August, in my account is says "in progress". Has anyone ordered this and has there been an update on delivery?

Someone did exactly the same as you and was given the same answer by CS. 10 minutes later the phone was delivered (without any notification) by DHL. So don't give up yet. I think CS are giving the same info to everyone who phones!!

Mine was pre ordered on the 17th, I have to login on the web to my account, under recent orders you will see your order number. Click it, scroll down to Delivery Information and mine has the tracking info now there - No update from O2 via email or text and still shows in progress. Hope that helps!

I posted earlier, still waiting for my Note 10!!!

Just noticed that when I look at my order in MyO2 it says 'Delivery Method - Not Applicable'.

God knows when I will get the phone!

my note 10 plus 5g arrivred 30 minutes ago, never received a email or text about it.  Hope you all get yours. Mine came through DHL.

Does anybody have any idea what 'Delivery Option - Not Applicable' means?

I am so angry...I obviously will not see this phone until next week!
