Hi

You need to look in your myo2 to see if an alternative tariff is available or ring O2 on 202.

This is a customer to customer forum.

Sorry to add you are not able to downgrade in contract cost per month ,but they may be able to offer alternative allowances at the same cost or more.

You won't be able to downgrade your tariff but have a look in My O2 for tariff change choice or call 202 to discuss your options.

Hi @Anonymous

I am not sure if you can change your data allowance to lower than your contract states. I know it can be increased by adding bolt ons?

I hope one of our more knowledgeable members could clarify Smiley Frustrated
