I topped up my account by £15 this morning for the £15 roll on plan. But it isn’t letting me renew it with the money on my account and is taking to the enter your card details format.

Rolling plans can only be renewed from your card.

To use top up credit you need a Big Bundle.

Do you know how to get about the possibility of getting it refunded into my bank account?

You'd need to ask O2.

Call 4445 or other ways here Guide: How to find help & contact O2
