I hope @Anonymous returns to the forum to read the above posts. Quite obviously they think they have contacted O2.  Just for info if they do get in touch with CS it's important to mention that O2 are responsible for the phone until the customer receives it. Please don't be fobbed off if they ask you to contact the courier. It's their job to do this.

We can solve lots of problems @Anonymous but if it is account based then we have no access to check anything for you as we are all customers like yourself. Give them a call and get them to track down your phone. Best of luck....
