Hello,
I do not have coverage since changing to o2 sim at 12:30 today. I received a message to say number was ported but have not been able to use phone since. Any help would begreatly appreciated.

Keep rebooting your phone every 30 minutes or so until you get network signal
We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
