porting issue

moved from giff gaff. Porting day was yesterday. Giff gaff gone from my phone but not connected yet to O2? 
been turning phone on and off but no connection. Tried to sign in on app but no service on phone signal. Please help? 🙏🏻🙂

You need to contact O2.
