Hi there,
Has anyone else experienced issues with O2 monthly accounts? I’ve been with O2 for a number of years. Five days ago, the service stopped working. I pay by direct debit, and I’m fed up with calling O2 only to be told that they are unable to identify me. I’ve been transferred between different customer service representatives with no help at all. For the past five days, I’ve been struggling to log into my account linked with my O2 number.
Finally, one customer service agent advised me that O2 is migrating to a new platform, 360, and some customers are experiencing issues. There is no information on when this will be resolved or how to obtain a PAC code to switch providers.
I feel stuck in limbo.

O2 have messed up a system update which is affecting thousands of customers.
1) You can use alternative email to gain access. Give this to O2.
2) Or you can also request the original email to be released from the original account, and this can then be added to the migrated 360 account (this can take up to 28 days, however should be done sooner)
This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2.
