Correct me if I’m wrong I’m getting mixed messages 

rang 02 Fira contract man goes through a long process says great news credit say good to go you’ll receive a copy to sign , took the money stil waiting ? Is there more ten one credit check ? 
why does it take up to 24 hours for a email ? That he said he’d sent ?
