No out going calls after upgrade

I have just upgraded to the IPhone 12 and activated a sim swap a few minutes ago. I can now receive calls texts Ansari everything else is working but cat make outgoing calls. Done exactly the same with my wife’s phone and hers is working fine. Any advice please.

Keep rebooting your phone (turn it off and and on)
