Can anyone tell me how long it is going to take for my partners phone services to switch back on? His bill was paid yesterday morning and still getting diverted to o2 payment line even though his bill is showing as paid thank you in advance

Resolved! Reconnection.

Ok so i was late paying my bill meaning all out going call got diverted to payment line. I have paid this and told i would be reconnected within 24 hours but usually sooner!! But im still not back to bormal service! Why ?
