Hi,
So i cant currently add data bolt on's to my account as I keep getting this message:
"You've chosen to change tariff, and your new tariff will start on your next bill date. If you want to cancel this change you can, as long as you cancel more than 24 hours before your bill date"
Is there a way to change this or add more data as I'm relying on it as I just moved house but its going down quickly. I have upgraded to unlimited data from next month but thats 18 days away.
Do I cancel the upgrade add the data then change it again?
02 are offering a really limited online help presence at the moment which is the easiest method for myself as I cannot take calls during my long work hours.

You need to call customer service to change or add a bolt on.
