I bought a phone contract from O2 and ported my number in from EE. Before the port, on the temporary number my mobile data was working fine, however after the port I’ve got no mobile data. It says ‘this information is not available at this time’ On myo2.
After calling customer services I was told the back office team will look into this and it’ll take 5 workings days to resolve. Is this normal? It’s not giving me much faith in O2, and am debating on returning the contract.

Have you tried using mobile data at all, as this could be myo2 not updating straight away? as it can take 24 to 48 hours to update..
Have you tried a network settings reset on your phone, to see if its not your phone getting its knickers in a twist
Losing data access isn't normal so sounds like something in the back end isn't working as it should...
Just remember to cancel the contract you have to port out back to EE, and start a new contract with them, and you could have the same issue with EE or any other network..
All network Porting Teams use 5 days as time to resolve issues, as its the standard amount of time..

The port date was Thursday 9th, and I’ve been unable to use data out of Wi-Fi since.
I’ve tried everything O2 customer service has thrown at me in order to try get it working. I get the same outcome if I put my O2 sim in my partners phone.

After an account refresh I have no service.
