Since O2 have changed the website, it seems impossible to download any bill other than the current one. And I can only view one previous bill. Since I need to download Nov 22 onwards for my accounts, this is a big problem. Anyone have any suggestions? Clicking on the chat option just sends me to the main help page....

One day O2 may actually have a decent website.... I have spent more of my life than I would like to think about going around in circles on their crap systems.....

There's a known problem with customers on the new 360 platform.
Looks like you should contact customer service as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

I'm on the new system, have been for a while.
The ability to download bills only started working this week, so hopefully it will be fixed for everyone soon.
