I have an issue with my O2 subscription, I have a pay monthly phone number subscription, but wasn’t able to pay my last bill. Because of that o2 has removed my phone number. I then can’t access my phone number anymore. I am currently abroad for 3 months now so I wasn’t using it.
I really need my phone number back as it is linked to every other thing, from my email address to my bank.

You need to contact payment management
To pay bills, ask for payment extensions etc, you need to contact the Payment Management Team.
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
