Hey @Cleoriff as the issue has already been resolved refunds should have been arranged so If anyone is still waiting for this I can chase it for them on an individual basis or they can contact customer services.

@Martin-O2 promising news this issue has been resolved. Thanks for your help. Is there a technical explanation of what the fault was? This will help give confidence when I return to the US next month the data will work!

That's great to hear. @Martin-O2 will be in Monday to pick up your message and will contact you then. I think the only explanation is that no one input the details onto the system.....or the've given the hamster extra rations wink

In New York just now. 0.5mbps down and up on AT&T and T-Mobile. Useless

That's unusable. Time for customers to change network as soon as their contracts are at an end. I found the same woeful data speeds in Thailand.

No definitely not. Snapchat seems to be entirely blocked! Nothing will load/send. Thinking of buying local sim. What a joke

A local sim will serve you better if your phone is unlocked

@Bambinocan advise you on that.....

@Scooty997 A local sim from T-Mobile or AT&T might help, but it depends on how long you're planning to be in the US. T-Mobile has so many different variations it would be best for you to call into a store and see what might suit you best.

Edit: Obviously too late for you now, but next trip look into a Three Pay & Go sim.
