Hey, can someone help me please, I am so confused by the O2 website... I went to Morocco a year ago and bought a data roaming bolt-on. I've just tried to do that again but there seems to be nowhere to buy the bolt on on the website, I just keep looping through pages and can't see how to add it. I've tried laptop and app. Any help would be appreciated, I go next weekend. thank you 🙏

If you want to use data, you’ll be able to buy one of our data roaming bundles. We’ll send you a link when you land, or you can buy one in My O2 before you travel.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hey, I've just wasted loads of time trying to find out the same thing.  I think o2 don't want to admit that you are best of just taking your sim out if you go so make it all a bit confusing. They should just be clear and say there are no good options that they provide. (They are quick to admit when they do have good options). It seems that its £3/min to make/recive calls and £65 per gid for data... so silly prices!

Took me less than a minute to find the roaming charges. Even if you don't know where they are on the O2 site, Google brings up a working link

The charges are what they are. Yes, expensive but these days much can be done over WiFi  even maps can be downloaded beforehand.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
