No confirmation email

I ordered an iPad contract yesterday, the £20 is pending in my bank account however I haven’t had any confirmation emails at all, when I log onto o2 it says I must verify my email however I haven’t received any emails at all! Not even when I click the link to send another confirmation email! And then when I try and click on My o2 it says ‘it looks like something has gone wrong’ - o2 are being useless and won’t help as I’m not a priority - please help?!

You will probably find it's out of stock (despite what it said online when you ordered it.)
