Hi All,

I see there is a problem with the network!. Is it just modern phones that are being affected? My partner is also on O2 and has an older phone and the signal is fine. How come? Is it a certain batch of numbers being affected???

We are aware of isolated instances across the UK where some O2 customers are currently experiencing intermittent service. We are investigating the situation and will update as soon as possible.

None - it's in the T&C's

The ones that all networks have that say it's not a 100% guaranteed service.
