No Network

Hi All,

I see there is a problem with the network!. Is it just modern phones that are being affected? My partner is also on O2 and has an older phone and the signal is fine. How come? Is it a certain batch of numbers being affected???

Batches of numbers affected, I'm afraid.

Interesting point  - that does seem to be the case in this house hold - someone with an older phone has perfect signal - I have no signal and have a new smart phone.
