No Network coverage

I have no O2 network coverage to my phone for more than 2. Weeks. O2 check, says that everything is fine in our area...but it's NOT. Our whole community, of Eyemouth in Berwickshire has the same problem. We have all tried to contact someone from O2 who will listen to us...but to no avail.

Well there's nothing showing at http://status.o2.co.uk/ so only O2 can help.

If you know anyone else affected and get them to call in and report it they might listen.

Have you tried another sim, sometimes a clean will help?

They seem to be on with it now. Hope they sort it asap for you.

That's a bit strange, the OP has no service for two weeks, posts in the forum and all of a sudden it appears on the service status page in two hours!!!

Now I like a good conspiracy theory as much as everyone else.....................
