Get O2 t5o check your data bolt on and enable 4G on your account. If this has only happened since upgradde they have put you on a Blackberry data plan which is why you are having problems.

Why is this still happening when its be known for so long. I remeber many months ago I had the same issue. I upgraded on line, It says you are choosing a iphone Data bolt on and i confirmed it. Only for the system to ignore the request and put my on a Blackberry one.
Customer care didnt understand, but the online team did and said It will be sorted at midnight and it did. But i know its happened to many of my friends as well, all chose the correct bolt on to be ignored and BB to be added.
There has to be something wrong with the o2 system for that there either not looking at or they know and there is a huge cost to it?

It's a crazy situation, we see so many on here so how many don't we see? If someone called me with the same problem the first thing I would check is the bolt on. Why is this so difficult for customer service!
