Solved: No 4G

Hello

I upgraded my 4G sim only contract with 2GB of data to one with 4GB of data and now my 4G won't work. It only connects to H . I have had the settings resent through and it still doesn't work.

They have either forgot to enable 4g on your account or they have you on a Blackberry tariff.
One or both are common mistakes by CS when setting up your account.
Call them on 202 and get them to check both options are correct for your phone.

Hope it isn't the infamous BB bolt on. Ridiculous how this appears to be set to default....and CS remain unaware?

As it happens so often they can't be unaware. Just seems like they can't be bothered to sort it out.

Thanks for all your replies just spoke to CS and turns out i was on a blackberry bolt on as you said. They have changed it and will be in effect from midnight . who even has a blackberry anymore ha
