Hi all!
I have an iPhone 5. Could anyone help please? This started happening at roughly 12.30pm.
Suddenly, there was no "o", "E" or "3G" symbol on my phone although it does display a normal bar strength of normal signal.
However, I cannot make calls - it says "Call failed" straight away. I cannot access the internet at all. I cannot send or receive texts at all!!!
Could anyone help please?
Thanks

I'm not sure where liars comes into the equation. It's on the status page and doesn't say anything about it being regional.

I've still no signal here in Manchester. It's number based not regional.

I have had no 3g, calls, or messages from 12.30 today I have spoken to a 02 customer service advisor who informed me that the engineers are working on it ???, that was at 2 this afternoon, have also rebooted phone a number of times, it is now 10pm in the evening, this is unacceptable... and has been a great inconvenience to myself as I am a support worker and need my phone.

hi
I havent been able to use cellular data since about 1pm this afternoon and I can't seem to get hold of anyone in o2 to tell them about this problem! Is there a reason why they don't allow you to email them? None of the online advisors are available either! This is so frustrating! The service from o2 just keeps going crazy when it rains! I wasn't able to receive calls or texts for about an hour earlier either!
Anyone have a way of contacting o2? This is just ridiculous! We pay for a service that just goes to crap when the weather does!
