New to o2 not showing usage information

Hi just joined o2 last week and had my number transferred, all working ok but now in the iOS app and online account my usage and what I have left data etc doesn’t show it just says there has been a problem, will this get resolved it was working fine until my number got transferred now it shows my number just not the information
