New tariff

Hi i have upgraded my phone. done a sim swap and my calls and texts are working. However I have no data. My new contract is not showing up on the myo2 account page. Just the old one which expired on the 14/3/20. I am advised that my next bill is on the 15th of the month even though it should have changed to my new tariff. Is there any way of doing this or will I have to wait until the 15/4 to go onto my new tariff?

Your new tariff should start immediately but your billing date won't change. Your next bill is just adjusted to take into account changes to your tariff.
Check you have an active data apn for your data to work correctly.
Currently using:
OnePlus 6 (O2 & Sfr), Z3 Tablet (Three UK), iPhone 8+ (EE)
