Since I changed my monthly tariff my personal hotspot has stopped working. I use an iPhone XS. Personal hotspot previously worked on this device but has stopped working since moving to the new tariff. It's impossible to speak to anyone at O2 currently.

You need to speak to O2 and ask them to enable iData on your account.
