My old phone is with Vodafone and I bought a new phone with O2 from online and it arrived today. I'm keeping the same number. My new sim has an error saying "sim not provisioned" so it doesn't have a number or anything. Am I supposed to activate the new O2 sim? Or do i just wait? Currently all my messages still go to my old phone

Thank you. The problem is that the form asks for my new phone number which I don't have, it says number unknown on my device
