New sim only

Ordered a sim only about 6 days ago and it said 1-3 days. Had no correspondence and it hasn’t arrived. Does anyone know why this is taking so long? Appreciate Corona virus might delay it but it’ll be a week tomorrow.

You could give O2 a call. Numbers in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

However, check in My O2 to see if your tariff has changed. If so, carry on using your old sim as the change is made to the account, not the sim.

Hi Martin. Not yet it’s a sim only for my mother as she’s on PAYG currently. Over a week now and hasn’t arrived.
