Hi
I bought the new s20 and received it through the post on Thursday. All set up went fine bar my new 5g sim. It won't register or swap from my old sim. I've tried switching on and off reinserted sim, nothing. Anyone any ideas?

@Dave6  Due to the current crisis, sim swaps are taking ages to change over

If you still have your old sim and it works in your S20, I would continue to use that one for now
